ICF operates through a network of dedicated indigenous pastors located within rural villages in Africa and India where the need is greatest, and logistics often frustrate traditional relief efforts. We focus on programs that sustain life (food distribution, housing, and medicine) and programs that create self-sufficiency (farming, water wells, education, and micro-commerce). Our unique approach has allowed us to stretch each dollar to deliver the maximum benefit to desperately poor children and their families.

The center for our global activity is an unassuming warehouse in Neenah, Wisconsin, which allows low overheard costs and puts over 99% of all monetary donations and in-kind gifts on the ground as they make their way directly to those in need.
All of our operational data is submitted annually to the top charity rating organizations, and for many years the International Children’s Fund has received top marks from each one.
