Legacy Giving
Create a Lasting Impact
for Generations to Come
Our success at the International Children’s Fund depends on your generosity and foresight. As a special friend of the International Children’s Fund (ICF), you may want to consider including a bequest to ICF in your will or living trust. This would represent your ultimate charitable gift to help continue the programs that you have been supporting during your lifetime.
Once you have determined that you would like to make a bequest to the International Children’s Fund, the following language can be used in your will or living trust:
“I give, devise, and bequeath to the International Children’s Fund (Tax ID: 39-1303430) located at 619 Main St. Neenah, WI 54956, the sum of $_______ or ____ percent of real or personal property herein described, to be used for the general purposes of the organization at the discretion of its Board of Directors”.
If you have questions or need additional information on legacy giving, please contact ICF by email at [email protected] or by phone at 920-729-5721.

Why Legacy Giving is Important
What do you want to be remembered for after you’re gone? Legacy giving, or planned giving, is a meaningful way to support causes you care about long into the future, even after you’re gone. Many of us want to leave this earth knowing we’ve made a positive difference in someone else’s life – and legacy giving is a great way to make a lasting impact for generations to come. Here’s why it’s important:
Enduring Support: Your gift provides a source of support, enabling nonprofits to plan for the future and sustain programs that bring hope and transform lives.
Personal Legacy: By including a nonprofit in your will, you leave a personal legacy of kindness and generosity, which reflects your values and commitment to helping others.
Tax Benefits: Legacy giving can offer tax advantages for your estate, maximizing the impact of your gift while providing potential benefits for heirs.
